Our Vision For 2027

We do not write vision statements often, because most of them age badly. This one is worth writing because we want to be held to it.

By 2027, we want The Excalibur Garments to be producing uniform and custom apparel programs for teams well beyond Arizona, without losing the workroom feel that made the first commissions worth taking on. Growth only matters to us if the fit, the fabric, and the finish stay exactly as considered as they are today.

We want to expand our repair and restoration service into something clients rely on for every garment they own, not only the ones we made. A well built wardrobe deserves a place that will mend it, not just replace it, and we intend to become that place for more people each year.

We want to keep training inside the atelier rather than simply hiring finished talent. The best hand finishing we do today came from someone who learned it at this table, from someone else who learned it here first. That chain matters more to us than speed of growth.

None of this requires becoming a different company. It requires becoming a steadier version of the one we already are. If you read this in 2027 and it still sounds true, we will have done our job.
